Patrick Vogt joined Enliven as Chief Executive Officer in August 2005, after having been on its Board of Directors since October 2004.
Prior to joining Enliven, Mr. Vogt established himself as a highly respected technology executive with some of the industry’s most reputable brands. During his first tenure at Sony, Mr. Vogt founded Sony’s direct business. During his second tenure at Sony, his team was responsible for Internet Properties Management, Direct Marketing and Sales across all customer segments. Other responsibilities included Global Contact Center Governance, the eCommerce and Contact Center platform (supporting all distribution channels), and P&L management for Sony’s entire direct business.
Prior to joining Sony, Mr. Vogt was HP's Vice President & General Manager, Americas eBusiness Group & Direct Marketing Group. His team managed all direct marketing activities and the direct on-line business for the Americas region. Mr. Vogt also served as General Manager of the Aftermarket Sales Division and Dell Online for Dell.
Mr. Vogt received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and has an MBA in Marketing from Iona College, Hagen School of Business.
Christopher Duignan has been working at Enliven for more than five years, rising from Manager of Treasury Operations, to Controller, to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Duignan also serves as Enliven's Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to Enliven, Mr. Duignan worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for four years in their technology group within the audit practice. At PwC, Mr. Duignan’s client base consisted of publicly traded technology companies as well as a number of start-ups.
Mr. Duignan received a bachelor of science in accounting from Fairfield University in 1997, and is a certified public accountant. Mr. Duignan also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for 8 years.
Before joining the Company as General Counsel in June 2005, Mr. Graf was an attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law and commercial transactions.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Graf worked as an auditor for a public accounting firm within their financial services group and as a senior financial analyst for a publishing company.
Mr. Graf received his Juris Doctorate from Cardozo Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from New York University.
Dan Isaacs is responsible for agency operations and client retention at Springbox. Pre-Springbox, Mr. Isaacs was a partner at T-3, the Think Tank, where he established T3's interactive offering and led the launch and growth of their New York office. Mr. Isaacs was responsible for the relationship and management of accounts including Dell, Samsung, Nortel, Marriott, Sprint, MTV and Citigroup. A Dell and dot-com veteran, Mr. Isaacs was responsible for growing Dell's Small Business Premier Page program offering customized websites to over 20,000 small businesses. Mr. Isaacs has extensive experience with digital advertising, permission-based marketing and metrics tracking and analysis.
Adam Moore is in charge of financial operations and client acquisition at Springbox. Most recently, Mr. Moore was a partner at Austin-based T3, the Think Tank, where he took the lead in building the Austin office's integrated marketing teams and was responsible for new business activities. Mr. Moore’s account wins include Dell, JCPenney, MSN and Sprint. Before working at T3, Mr. Moore worked at Dell for five years, where he was responsible for the global redesign of Dell.com. Mr. Moore led the team that created and patented Dell's E-Value Code and Quote-to-Order programs, credited with generating more than a billion dollars of online revenue to date. Mr. Moore has a strong focus on business development, strategy and analytics.
Jason McKay joined Enliven in January 2006. Mr. McKay has an extensive industry and technical knowledge of broadband, rich media, and search engine marketing technologies.
Prior to joining Enliven, Mr. McKay worked for Sony Electronics managing the company's interactive advertising initiatives. He led a team responsible for creating, executing and measuring all of SONY Electronics brand and direct online advertising efforts across all product categories (Plasma, LCD, VAIO, DSC, CAM, etc). He was also responsible for managing SONY Electronics strategic alliance relationships with Google, Yahoo!, CNET, AOL and MSN.
Prior to joining SONY Electronics, Mr. McKay was employed at the Hewlett-Packard Corporation. At HP, he helped to build and manage the B2B online demand generation efforts for their direct business. He also managed the strategic alliance relationship with CNET, AOL, Yahoo! and MSN.
Mr. McKay received his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Ann Charles rejoined Enliven as VP of Marketing in 2005, having previously served in a similar capacity from 2000-2001. She is responsible for developing a unified message across all of Enliven's lines of business and communicating this with Enliven's clients, partners, shareholders and the press. Ms. Charles has two decades of marketing experience in the consumer electronics and Internet industries.
Prior to returning to Enliven, Ms. Charles served as Director of Marketing & Sales Operation for Sony Electronics where she managed the marketing, sales operation and customer experience for the B2C/B2B channels and direct business. Her team was responsible for marketing strategy, sales metrics and reporting, customer service and Internet marketing. Ms. Charles has held several marketing leadership posts for more than a decade at Sony. Prior to Sony, she served with Canon USA and Konica Corporation. Throughout her career, Ms. Charles has pioneered new marketing channels, rigorously analyzed their effectiveness, and championed the customer experience.
Ms. Charles has an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ramapo College.
James Dillon joined Enliven in October 2005. In his role as Vice President – Advertising Sales, he is responsible for driving sales and building relationships across all customer sets, including publishers, agencies, and advertisers. Mr. Dillon has more than 15 years experience in sales, marketing, business planning and operations.
Before joining Enliven, Mr. Dillon was a VP & GM of Sony Electronics, Inc. In this capacity, he managed Sony’s Direct Sales Division focusing on direct sales to both business and consumer segments. His responsibilities also included the management of all online sales, customer service and business planning. Before that, Mr. Dillon was a Director and General Manager at HP where he was responsible for the Third Party Product Group and managed online sales for the Americas eBusiness Group. He’s held senior positions at Dell and a number of start-up companies where he led various sales/marketing teams. Throughout his career, Mr. Dillon has focused his efforts on driving sales growth and efficiencies through Internet-based sales and marketing.
Mr. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York.
Mr. D'Anna joined Enliven in May 2006, as Vice President and General Manager of its Search Products Group. In this role, Mr. D'Anna draws on his past leadership experience at both Dell and Sony Electronics to evaluate growth opportunities for Enliven's search business beyond the existing custom toolbar and Fotomat offerings.
At Dell, Mr. D'Anna was responsible for many consumer and B2B businesses for leading multi-billion dollar technology companies. He directed a sales organization responsible for more than 150 Dell Direct Store locations nationally. In addition, Mr. D'Anna held several senior positions at Sony Electronics, including managing the operations for Sony's Direct Sales Business.

Don Weatherson is a Director of PC Connection, Inc., a national provider of technology products to industry and consumers. He is recently retired from Hewlett-Packard Company and Compaq Computer Corporation. He joined Compaq Computer Corporation after retiring from the U.S. Navy following a long career in submarines and logistics and served with Compaq in a number of senior executive positions.
As Hewlett-Packard’s Vice President of North America Operations & Strategy, Weatherson was responsible for all activities related to business and sales operations, call centers and e-commerce in the United States. While at Compaq, he was responsible for growing their Public Sector business into a multi-billion dollar unit. He also served as President of Compaq Canada following Compaq’s acquisition of the Tandem Computer Company and as President of Compaq Federal in Washington, D.C., following Compaq’s acquisition of the Digital Equipment Corporation.
Before joining Compaq, Weatherson was Chief Executive Officer of the Navy Exchange System, a full-line retail services company operated by the U.S. Navy, with $2 billion in annual sales, 130 stores and 24,000 employees. His diverse military background includes responsibilities in finance, electronics, energy management and human resources. His background also includes service as chief executive of several defense logistics organizations and serving in the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Weatherson is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Master of Science degree in petroleum management from the University of Kansas. He retired from the Navy as a Rear Admiral.
Mr. Jones has been a Director of the Company since April 1992. He has been President of S-J Venture Capital Company since 1991.
Mr. Jones founded S-J Transportation Company, an industrial waste transportation company, in 1971, and served as its President until 2002.
Dennis R. Raney joined Enliven’s Board of Directors in February 2004. Mr. Raney served as Chief Financial Officer at eOne Global from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that position, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Novell Incorporated from 1998 to 2001. He began his career at Hewlett-Packard in 1970, where he rose through the ranks to become Chief Financial Officer for Intercontinental Operations and then European Operations, based in various locations, including Singapore and Geneva. Following Hewlett-Packard, he was Chief Financial Officer for Bristol-Myers Squibb's Pharmaceutical Group then served as CFO for General Magic, California Microwave and QAD Incorporated, before joining Novell.
Mr. Raney received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1965 and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1970. From 1965 to 1968, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces. Mr. Raney also serves as Chairman of Enliven's Audit Committee.
James (Jim) J. Spanfeller is President and Chief Executive Officer of Forbes.com, home page for the world’s business leaders. As CEO, Jim oversees all aspects of the strategic and operational management of the Company. Since joining the Company, he has helped build Forbes.com into the No. 1 business site in the world with more than 15 million unique visitors per month. In fact, more people get their business news and analysis from Forbes.com than from any other news sources – regardless of medium. Under his leadership, Forbes.com revenue and traffic have experienced triple-digit growth year over year for the past three years.
Prior to joining Forbes.com, Spanfeller was President of Consumer Magazine Group of Ziff Davis Media, Inc. Previously, he was Publisher of Inc. magazine, and he also held senior positions at Playboy Enterprises Publishing Group and Newsweek. He was elected Chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Executive Committee for 2005, and is actively involved in the Online Publishers Association (OPA). In October 2003, he was named by MIN Magazine in its annual “21 Most Intriguing People” issue as one of the industry’s standout media executives. He served on the Board of Directors of the Magazine Publishers Association from 1999-2000, and was named one of Folio magazine’s “40 Industry Visionaries” in 1999. He received a B.A. in English Literature from Union College.
